Welcome to the Sleep Lady's message board!

This message board is a place for you to post wins, frustrations, helpful ideas and questions to each other about your child's sleep and your work with the Shuffle as outlined in "Good Night, Sleep Tight".


As many of you know, I encourage you to reach out and support each other when you begin to sleep coach your child. So I hope this message board will provide a place for you to feel supported, validated and not alone!

The board will be moderated for appropriate content, but is created for your own comfort and support.

The message board, however, is not an effective way to contact me to get your questions answered directly. If you have specific questions, please do not hesitate to set up an individual consult with me where I can review your child's history and create an individualized sleep plan for you and your child.
