The Right Start: Getting Your Newborn Off to a Great Sleep Start — 1½ hour class

This class discusses how to gently encourage good sleep habits in your newborn. The class addresses how to prevent sleep problems in babies age newborn to 5 months old. Some topics discussed in this class are realistic sleep expectations, developing a flexible routine for feeding and sleeping, teaching your newborn how to self-soothe, and encouraging healthy sleep habits from day one. There will also be a Question and Answer segment.

The class is limited to 20 participants and costs $40.00. You will have to make a long distance call to get on to the phone class.

You will get a confirmation email of your registration one day after the deadline. If you do not receive this confirmation email then the class is either full or I did not receive your payment. You will be notified via email of the telephone bridge number to call in one to two days before the class. Please look for this email.
