Taped version of the April 14th "The Right Start Newborn Sleep Class"
This "taped" version of the April 14th, 2004 class is perfect for you if you can't make it to the next phone class or you wish to listen to the class more than once. Contents: One hour lecture material with one hour of questions and answers from participants. Topics include how to gently encourage good sleep habits in your newborn. The class addresses how to prevent sleep problems in babies age newborn to 5 months old. Other topics discussed in this class are realistic sleep expectations, developing a flexible routine for feeding and sleeping, teaching your newborn how to self-soothe, and encouraging healthy sleep habits from day one.
Cost: $20.00. You will be given a number to call as many times as you like and whenever it's convenient to you. You will NOT receive a physical tape or CD. You will have to make a long distance call to listen to the class. You may forward or rewind the call as needed.
